Returns are for exchanges only, and will only be made within 7 days of purchase. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping of the original product and shipping charges for the new product to be shipped. In the event of a return, all returned product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS:
While the frequency of damaged packages is low, in the event that one of our products is delivered in a damaged state, TrunkSports.com must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We will make every effort to resolve the situation and get a replacement product delivered in a timely fashion. Any shipping damage claims filed beyond 48 hours from receipt of the package will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
